Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder and Executive Director of Te Protejo, with an MBA in NGO Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has more than fifteen years of experience leading projects in the environmental and animal welfare sectors. She is a YLAI Fellow and has received the GENIAS 2024 and Marca Chile 2026 awards, among other recognitions, alongside Te Protejo.

Director of Compliance

Co-founder and Director of Compliance at Te Protejo. A graduate of the University of Chile’s law school, she has more than ten years of experience in labor law, financial management, and organizational assets. She ensures the organization’s proper governance and compliance with its legal responsibilities and oversees the technical aspects of the certification program.

Director of Advocacy

Co-founder and Director of Advocacy at Te Protejo. She is a journalist and communications professional with a master’s degree in Feminist Studies and Advocacy for Equality. She has more than 15 years of experience in team leadership, content creation, management, and relations with key stakeholders, as well as political and corporate advocacy. She has served as an editor for print and online publications.

Director of Corporate Relations

Director of Corporate Relations at Te Protejo. Actress and holder of a bachelor’s degree in the arts, she is a cultural manager with more than 15 years of experience in project management. Her focus is on building valuable relationships among stakeholders in the cosmetics industry, overseeing industry relations.

Design Manager

Graphic designer from the University of Chile, specializing in UX design. She has more than 6 years of professional experience creating graphic designs and leading the organization’s visual identity. She is responsible for the graphic design of Te Protejo and oversees the organization’s volunteer team for design and illustration, in addition to leading the organization’s web development efforts.

Advocacy Coordinator

A lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso with more than 5 years of experience working with nongovernmental organizations. She is passionate about monitoring and proposing regulatory changes to protect nonhuman animals. She drafts legislation and serves as a member of Chile’s Animal Bioethics Committee.

Compliance Manager

A graduate of the Accounting and Auditing program at Diego Portales University, with more than 6 years of professional experience focused on administrative and accounting tasks, with an emphasis on sales of vegan and cruelty-free products. She is part of the Compliance department at Te Protejo, supporting the development of the Cruelty-Free certification and the accounting department.

Research Coordinator

Biotechnology student. As part of her research, she promotes the development of alternative models and ethical practices in science. She has skills in scientific writing and research, as well as technical translation. She focuses on science communication and developing collaborative partnerships with alternative laboratories.

Community Coordinator

She holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Marketing from Adolfo Ibáñez University, with more than 5 years of experience in sales, administration, and marketing. Empathetic and with excellent people management skills, she oversees the administration department at Te Protejo and also serves as Community Coordinator for the volunteer team.

Donor Relations Coordinator

Journalist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has experience in media, radio production, and digital content management, creating narratives that inspire awareness and change. Interested in sustainability, culture, and responsible consumption, she develops multiplatform content with a focus on education and social awareness. 

Community Manager

A designer with a specialization in Product Design and a Community Manager, with experience in strategic communication, digital marketing, and content creation. She has worked on branding campaigns, community management, and social impact projects. She creates content to promote an industry free of animal testing.

Sales Assistant

A student pursuing a technical degree in Business Administration, with a high level of commitment and a business-oriented mindset. She supports the Certification and Renewal department at Te Protejo, building relationships with companies and promoting cruelty-free certification to new brands in Latin America.
